“Don't be fooled by the photo of extra thick Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress as its false advertising. What i received was a poor spring mattress and not very thick at all. Something you'd expect off TEMU . Its very very poorly made no support what so ever and you can feel the springs digging into your body. . Just look at the photos . I've had to get a refund. As the saying goes when something seems to good to be true its generally is. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it...if its not collected it will be took to the skip. Wowcher were great with my complaint and are refunding me in due course. Check the photos”

“A waste of money & time. Arrived in a shocking state. It was dirty, with what looked like tar, and fabric was shredded. Company said I can get refund or replacement, but no mention of when ,or when the mattress, which is inconveniently in my way will be picked up. The quality is really poor. Do not buy”

“Comes as activespring10 and no label on goods. Took them a week to come back to confirm different name. Spring mattress thin memory foam and after 48hrs still not fully fits the outer . Corners on mattress springs can be felt and bit foam round. Def wish I would have returned and used gut instinct no way this is even worth £400 . Will be going back if no improvement within next 10 days Why advertise 13 cooling gel memory foam mattress!!!!!!!! Spring mattress . N not good one .”
