“The mattress that arrived was completely different to the photo. It's thinner and soft. Am returning and now have to find a new one to order. Very stressful”

“Rubbish. Not extra thick at all. Very soft and flimsy. My daughter complained about it as soon as she sat on it. Unfortunately to send it back it would be impossible to get it back into the box it came in.”

“Not the product that is advertised and unfortunately the company that sends the mattress to you, while be unwilling to resolve any issues (this is a BASIC SPRING MATTRESS NOT MEMORY FOAM) be warned.”

“Not very good quality. Very disappointed with it. It's actually rubbish and not fit for purpose. I will NEVER order from voucher again. No way is it extra thick so false advertising. Not memory foam either, it us a spring matteress.”

“Was told I would receive it by 28th Sept at the latest. I'm still waiting. So I can't tell you what the quality is like as I wouldn't know.”

“Amazing quality Was super impressed with this mattress When it arrived it looked like a topper but it was extremely vacuumed down it was amazing to see One thing I would say is put it in bed room before undoing it’s a lot easier Would definitely recommend”
