“Please do not purchase this. It is not extra thick, it is not cooling gel and it is not memory foam. It is a badly sprung cheap counterfeit and neither wowcher or the supplier(whoever they may be since they trade under numerous names) can be relied upon to refund you. They pretend to arrange a courier to collect who never arrives and then just silence. And wowcher just give you the run around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. READ THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT. If you Google the mattress you will find them. It's a scam”

“Do NOT buy! This product is NOT a memory foam mattress it’s the cheapest sprung mattress - worth no more than £49.99 Wowcher this is a scam and you should not be advertising this product under the trade descriptions act. The price to return is £75 +”

“Not in any way, description or photo wise, does the mattress that was delivered resemble the one I thought I bought. It isn’t foam it’s obvious and visible metal springs. It’s different in appearance to photo. It completely collapses to nothing when sat on. Very little support and definitely no “zones””
