“Not in any way, description or photo wise, does the mattress that was delivered resemble the one I thought I bought. It isn’t foam it’s obvious and visible metal springs. It’s different in appearance to photo. It completely collapses to nothing when sat on. Very little support and definitely no “zones””

“Had to wait over 2 weeks for mattress to arrive as 1st one was faulty and damaged but well worth the wait! Amazing mattress at an amazing and affordable price, looking forward to a good night’s sleep now”

“Supposed to be firmness rating of 7 (med-firm) but it's so soft would suggest a 2. Also cannot feel any memory foam just springs. False advertising this mattress is a non labelled product & would not retail in excess of £900, more like the so called discounted price I paid. Doubtful I'll use Wowcher ever again for products; you need to check the validly of information you post before duping customers”
