Hello, If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. “The extra thick gel memory foam mattress is amazing Possibly the best bargain I've had through Wowcher yet! Zero hassle in redeeming the voucher. I received frequent emails updating each step of their process. It was delivered very quickly by two very helpful persons. It took seconds to inflate once the packagings were removed & it's also incredibly light & super easy to handle on my own! It's very comfortable to lie on & did actually keep me cool throughout the night. I didn't wake up all sweaty, nor in a puddle of sweat that's the shape of my body, for the first time ever!! It's got to be one of the best game-changing products ever! Extremely Happy Customer”

“Pure scam. Recieved an open coil spring mattress which subsequently is the only mattress chester & oakley (dreem beds limited or whatever else they would like to call themselves) have on their site. bad reviews all regarding the same mattress. Expect us to pay the cost of returning the mattress. Wowcher well aware of the scam but still partaking in taking our money letting us unbeknowing customers recieve falsified goods and doing absolutely nothing about it! I have seen reviews regarding the same mattress people bought through wowcher and customers receiving a cheap sprung mattress dating back well over 2 years”
