“This has been the worst experience of buying something from Wowcher. The mattress sent is definitely not the mattress advertised. I emailed the merchant who tried to gaslight me and say it was a coil mattress with gel memory foam top layer. It definitely is not. I've since discovered I'm not the only person to fall for this scam. It is false advertising. I'm trying to get the mattress returned and refunded. I do not recommend buying this mattress. I don't know why Wowcher still let them trade on their website because they're aware of the problem.”

“Don't waste your money. The mattress I received has little or no memory foam. Sinks and dents with weight and contains springs that can be felt through it. Contacted seller as I thought they'd made a mistake with order, said it is as stated. It is not! No stars would be more accurate for this item. It is dreadful. Complete waste of money.”
