“Incorrect item/very poor quality. Very strange all round as item was delivered in packaging stating different size (I ordered a 4ft mattress), DPD stated item was sent from one company but they had no record of my order and I received a follow up email from another company claiming to my sent the item. Now I am trying to return a mattress which I cannot vacuum pack back into the original packaging and trying to claim for a refund and postage.”

“The mattress that arrived was completely different to the photo. It's thinner and soft. Am returning and now have to find a new one to order. Very stressful”

“Rubbish. Not extra thick at all. Very soft and flimsy. My daughter complained about it as soon as she sat on it. Unfortunately to send it back it would be impossible to get it back into the box it came in.”

“Not very good quality. Very disappointed with it. It's actually rubbish and not fit for purpose. I will NEVER order from voucher again. No way is it extra thick so false advertising. Not memory foam either, it us a spring matteress.”
