If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. Delivered me the wrong mattress twice and tried telling me it What's the equivalent? But it was a cheaper inferior mattress. Both times was just memory foam mattress that they sent instead of the gel memory foam mattress

I wasn't very happy with the quality of this item, the sides collapsed somewhat when I sat on it & the springs protruded an awful lot. It wasn't very supportive in any way as it was like lying on a half empty water bed nor was it at all comfortable. So sadly it had to be returned.

Incorrect item/very poor quality. Very strange all round as item was delivered in packaging stating different size (I ordered a 4ft mattress), DPD stated item was sent from one company but they had no record of my order and I received a follow up email from another company claiming to my sent the item. Now I am trying to return a mattress which I cannot vacuum pack back into the original packaging and trying to claim for a refund and postage.
