“It's a scam, the mattress arrived completely different than what I ordered and was not at all like on the picture! It was completely different! It's not even foam mattress but string mattress which completely shocked me!!!!!!!!!”

“Not as described. This isn't a memory foam mattress. Trying to get a refund, and so far no response from the seller. 1 star is too many.”

“Don't be fooled by the photo of extra thick Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress as its false advertising. What i received was a poor spring mattress and not very thick at all. Something you'd expect off TEMU . Its very very poorly made no support what so ever and you can feel the springs digging into your body. . Just look at the photos . I've had to get a refund. As the saying goes when something seems to good to be true its generally is. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it...if its not collected it will be took to the skip. Wowcher were great with my complaint and are refunding me in due course. Check the photos”
