Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? They were superb
Absolutely lovely place, considering they were under staffed, they provided a superb and friendly service from start to finish. We had Good Friday night and it’s was the best food I have had out in a very very long time.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms adequate those bed was a queen size but was advertised as a king when booking. Food was okay but not worth the price they were charging. Staff were very pleasant just an overall lack of them.

Indoor staff very friendly and welcoming. Room good although dog bed fit for small dogs only. Food reasonable. Appeared to have a shortage of stall over the weekend. Total lack of outdoor staff. Big wedding party on the Friday night. Broken glass outside still there when we left on the Sunday. Not good for either children or dogs

Ideal hotel for those with dogs. Rooms are lovely (although bathrooms could do with renovation) but really we couldn’t have asked for more for the pup. There is a large enclosed field at the front which the dog can play off lead, a seperate playground for kids, you can take dogs into the bar area and have breakfast and dinner in there. It is also only a 5 minute walk from dog friendly beach and nature reserve

I can only tell you what we saw which wasn't much as we didn't stay long. Hotel is just off the dual carriageway way down a track in an grey stone car park. There are no grounds to speak off and nowhere suitable for the dog. It is not near the beach we were told it was a 15 minute walk away but didn't attempt it. We were told the room wasn't ready but to wait in the bar. Bar closed restaurant closed no drink even tea or coffee available until 1800. It was 14.45 and this hotel (I use the word hotel very losely) is isolated with no nearby shops, pubs etc. The bar/ restaurant area looked like it had suffered a recent food fight and there were 3-4 staff rushing around trying to clean up whilst arguing amongst each other loudly. Bar being told they were closed until 1800 and that there was a large wedding reception that evening we were ignored and clearly made to feel in the way. We left based on the fact it clearly was not what we expected, were made very unwelcome and couldn't see the dog settling with a wedding reception there. We did find somewhere else via Pets Pyjamas who were good on the day but not been impressed since. Still fighting for a refund and struggling to get answers from Pets Pyjamas. Really would not recommend The Dunes
