“The pillow wasn’t for me unfortunately however it looked well made and it was nice to get sensibly proportioned, recyclable packaging! It is just personal preference that the pillow was not right. I had not tried memory foam before and didn’t find it comfortable. Customer service is absolutely fantastic though!! I was offered a softer pillow to try (not arrived yet) and I have been very confident about the returns process from the emails exchanged so far.”

Pillow it self is gorgeous and soft and great quality. However I'm finding that it's not suitable for me. My neck feels sore in the morning. I feel that the pillow is maybe a bit too thick for me. Unfortunately I believe I shall need to return it.”
