“I originally ordered two memory foam pillows and found them too high. I contacted customer services to return them and got a really quick response from a lovely member of staff asking if I'd like to try a softer version of the pillow that would sink more when I lay on it. They organised a return label and sent me these new pillows - which are FANTASTIC!! So comfortable, I honestly get excited about getting into bed each night.
