“There was a delay in delivering the pillow but I was kept informed. I was disappointed that the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow size such that it doesn't properly fill out a standard pillow case. That aside, it is very comfortable and, as I do prefer a cooler pillow, it does cool very quickly and although it needs turning over, it is nicely cool. No neck pain so far!”
