The pillows are amazing, the standard one sent is Med-firm, if its not for you then contact panda and they will send you one more suitable to your likes.
Its been difficult to find the right pillow with lockdown restrictions, but with Panda products you do not and would not wants to look no further.

“The pillow seems great. I found it too soft, as I have been using memory foam pillows for years and prefer the medium/ hard type. One pillow was not enough, two too much. Would definitely recommend a try though. 30 night free trial is excellent and the customer service is second to none.”
