Slow to load at times and connection instructions could be better. (I have a Humax Freesat which seems much quicker)

Bought one and it failed within a week. Humax were good about exchanging it but I wonder how long the replacement will last. It's large in size for what it does; the BT box was smaller. The menus are clunky and awkward to use. The HDMI connection doesn't trigger our Sony TV for on/off (the old BT box we replaced this with did). It's not fully compatible with our universal remote, but again, the old box was. The guide is the type that puts the current tv picture in a little box at the top, thereby limiting the actual guide information displayed on the screen, plus that little box makes whatever is showing unwatchably small anyway. I wouldn't buy one again. Unfortunately, there are limited choices here in the UK and they all seem very expensive considering that this is hardly cutting-edge technology.

My previous Humax recorders (I have two at any one time) also streamed many channels (BBC iPlayer, All 4, ITV, Britbox and Netflix). I did not realise that this product does not (who makes a new model worse than its predecessor??!) and as a result cancelled my purchase. In the day when I had the product after setting it up it was extremely unreliable - often getting stuck and requiring a complete reboot.
