“The HDR 1800T replaced a previous Humax PVR 9300T which had developed a fault causing picture and sound syncing issues. I was somewhat reluctant to purchase another Humax after this issue but I noticed that Which? had given this model a good review so decided to buy. So far I haven't been disappointed; it functions well and has turned my HD Ready TV into a TV that can now receive HD broadcasts. The Manual is missing some instructions and the Recorder was supplied with software that was not at the latest revision. I therefore scored it as only 4 Stars”
“Really easy to install, it took me 10 minutes from box to watching a programme. It's straightforward to use and the recording quality is as good as watching "live". It seems to me to be a really good piece of kit which allows me to watch terrestrial TV, rewind live programmes and record stuff for later. Exactly what they said it would do.”
“quite satisfied with how it works although the set up could have been simpler --- the only problem has been when i want to cancel recording it wont until the end of the scheduled programme”

tv settings. if it sits too long on standby it wont switch on and i have to remove and then
re insert the power cord got some help from the helpline but i think ill consign it to the bin
