“I ordered this product for my 73 year old mum during the lockdown. As I wasn't able to go to her house, she had a go at connecting it & tuning it in herself! Not usually someone who is tech savvy, I was pleasantly surprised that she managed to tune it in on her own! She has had a few teething problems with deleting programmes that she has recorded & watched, as she reports they have re-appeared again in her schedule. This could be user error!”
