“The booking process was easy and information provided was very helpful however the camera read our number plate incorrectly as we entered the car park therefore when we were leaving the car park at almost midnight when we returned from our trip 3 days later, the machine said we needed to pay £180. I hadn’t noticed this when we went into the car park as I just put the ticket away so it didn’t get lost.
After pressing the call button for help a really lovely man on the other end helped us out and confirmed we had pre paid and cancelled the charge. The camera read the C at the end of our registration as a G. This has never ever happened in any other car park we have visited so not sure if the camera had been impaired slightly as our plate was visible and easy to read.”
“No spaces. Drove around for 15 minutes. Eventually found a space miles away. Wasn't big enough to park a MINI. Massive dent on my door when I returned. Ridiculous.”
“I did not receive a ticket on entry which meant I would have issues on departure. The signage for terminal parking could be better. When leaving the barrier did not lift up I used the intercom to advise my position after a bit of back and forth the barrier was raised. There was no no additional fees to pay. The parking had been pre paid. Why can’t you use number plate recognition like Glasgow airport.”
