“No issues at all on the day. I had booked in online so literally turned up got my ticket and parked up. No problems on leaving, registration number was recognised at the machine and I got straight out.”

I had spoken to someone over the parking speaker as I couldn’t understand why I had to pay extra.
I had stupidly put midnight for the day before when I booked instead of midnight we arrived back and the guy was very unsympathetic & made me pay the £60 for another 24 hours parking! It was disgusting as it was a genuine mistake when I booked it. The least he could have done was either understand and let me edit without paying or reduced the rate! Therefore I will not be parking here ever again and will make sure people know how I was treated.”
