“No problem with parking. However, there is now charge for trollys at Edinburgh Airport and if that was not bad enough the payment machine in terminal parking was out of order and we were unable to release one. A real pain with numerous cases and a toddler. The machine was still out of order at the end of our trip 10 days later. Unacceptable.”
“Paid my fee in advance. When we out ticket in machine to exit it asked for a payment if £345 only stopped 5 nights and payed in advance.

“Vdery Poor and NO customer service. Arrived at the Electric parking bays to find three off them have petrol/Diesel RANGE ROVERs parked in them. What is the point of booking these spaces if they are not enforced. I parked in AVAILABLE normal spaces, obviously too far for the entitled Rnage Rover driver to walk from. I was not able to charge my car, meaning on return had to find an extrnal charger. NO staff at airport, NO contact number. No e-mail address. Just have to suck it up. if I could give Zero stars I would. Here's some pictures of the C****s Range Rover”
