“Picked up my car from area 'E' about 10.45pm, all ok with car however when I put my card into machine it refused to accept it on 3 occasions & I couldn't raise an attendant. Reversed into another section &same happened again. I reversed and went into section for wider cars & was thankfully able to speak to attendant who checked the car registration and raised the barrier. Not the best at that time of night but thankfully all turned out ok.”
“Very poor experience-ended up miles away from the terminal building in very narrow overflow parking and got the last space with a lot of cars circling looking to park. Don’t oversell the number of spaces you have and have people on the ground assisting. Complete rip off”
“A very big plus is that the parking is close to the airport. But it was very difficult to find it, there is no sign indicating where to go. That's why I give it 4 stars. Thank you”
“We have parked on the terminal car park many times over the years and had no problems however last year we had to speak to an attendant on the tannoy as the barrier did not open and he checked our booking and let us leave This week the same happened and when we put out ticket in the machine we were asked to pay £455 despite having pre-paid! When we pressed the tannoy the person we spoke to said there was no record of our car being in the car park despite us having the ticket issued when we entered the week before Thankfully the attendant opened the barrier and I'm glad I still had the ticket We were not pleased at all!”
