“Car park full. I had to follow a family returning from holiday to their car park space and wait for them to vacate a space.
Stick to long stay in future. I could have walked back and forth from long stay to airport in-less time I spent looking for a space in terminal parking.”
“As a blue badge holder it is imperative that I can park freely due to my walking distance that I can achieve... 2nd time in 4 months that I have been unable to park in a designated parking bay...
Too many cars in disabled bays that do not have blue badges... same cars still there on my return..
There seems to be no action taken on these car owners”
“Easy booking process, great price, great location for the airport - walking distance.
Unfortunately there were no spaces when we arrived despite having a booking, so we had to park in an unofficial space. Thankfully this wasn't an issue.
When we got to the barrier to leave, our number plate wasn't recognised and the machine wanted to charge us a huge amount of money. Thankfully we were able to buzz through for help, our booking was found and we didn't have to pay again.
Overall, I would park here again, but it wasn't as smooth a process as it has been previously.”
“Lots of spaces available, short walk to the terminal. Easy entry and exit. Had to extend booking due to being delayed by 36 hours, which was very easy to do.”
“Price good but signage poor and I had to stop and double check email for instructions to ensure in right car park. But when I tried to leave and inserted ticket it said I had £270 to pay - you can imagine my panic!
Spoke on tannoy to attendant and gave my registration verbally and they let me out with no additional charge. I assume registration recognition wasn't working”
