“Booking was very straightforward. On arrival, at 4am, entry was easy.
My issue throughout was lack of clear signage:
No direction to blue badge holder spaces
Unclear signage to the terminal, which resulted in an unnecessary long walk to check-in
On arrival back in the UK the signage to the exit barriers was very poor, resulting in having to do a complete circuit of the site to get to the barriers.”
“When pre booked we repeatedly have problems exiting. We were told this time we had to pay £690!!!! We had to speak for ages to be let out on the base we had pre paid. This KEEPS happening”
“I have used the valet parking which has been fantastic in the past. This service which included the electric car space was absolutely terrible service. I moved my car 3 times to try to charge my car. None of the chargers worked and the attendant on site mentioned "problems since the pay point system had been installed". How long has that been going on? I have a 5 year old son and was travelling early in the morning. We had to abandon the charging and run for the flight. On the way back I needed to charge my car so I had to stop at the BP garage near the airport. This added further time to my journey back to Glasgow. It would be greatful for someone to get back to me on this as also when I connected the charger at the airport I started to pay someone else's car!”
“The terminal parking was verging on being oversold - it took us over 20 minutes to find a space, which ended up being outside of the core terminal parking area in the spots by the entry barriers. The signage is also very poor and confusing - there are still signs which point you to overflow terminal parking, which is now an Avis parking lot, and is blocked by bollard barriers”
