Great flavour and texture. I use a fork, bowl and bread tin. A La Main. 220 c fan for 35 mins to give it a flavoursome crust. Must have 3 tablespoons of Virgin olive oil which keeps it fresh.

This flour consistently and reliably adds interest and texture to the bread we make, mixed with an equal quantity of Matthews strong white flour. My mother's sister was married to Walter Smith, who worked in the office at the mill for many years. They lived at Pike House, just across the road from the mill. Their daughter Barbara was a professional cook who always used Matthews flour.

I mix this flour equally with spelt and strong white for a perfect sandwich loaf

Makes an interesting loaf with plenty of crunch. I also use this occasionally to make breakfast baps in 505/50 proportions with Churchill to replace wholemeal.

I love Cotswold Flour. After deciding to cut out processed food I purchased a bread maker. I then went on the hunt for some REAL flour. I always buy my flour here now and it makes beautiful tasty loaves. I'm hooked! No more shop bread or flour for my family!
