This is a terrific flour. I've recently discovered Cotswold flour and this flour is the first one I used to make my loaf in the Breadmaker. It made a delightful loaf and I will definitely be buying it again.

I have mainly settled on this flour as it works really well as a sourdough loaf. The flavour ant texture are amazing . Everyone we share it with has been so impressed.. cat rate it highly enough.

It is a lovely flower that makes a great loaf, mixed 50/50 with white bread flower this makes a great home made best of both type of loaf (made in a bread machine)
