“The operator was very friendly and helpful, and obviously understood my issue even though he could not resolve it at the time of the call. He took my details and logged the query letting me know what would happen next. He double checked that I gave permission for him to access our data during and after the call. I received an email with a ticket number. I then received notification when the issue had been resolved.”
