“What should have been a 5 minute chat went on for over 30 minutes. When I queried, I was informed the chat was busy, meaning the poor service desk guy was working on mulitple chats. Not good given the cost of the subscription.”

“I don't like how I don't have anyone at the end of the phone. I am new to the system and as I don't have a requirement to use the system on a daily basis, I don't have the time to read through all of the user guides. Having to type my query into the chat box and go back and forth is frustrating when other systems I've used allow me to pick up the phone and have the issue sorted or question asked instantly.”
