“Steph was really helpful with my query and although she couldnt solve it immediately 0 she went away and told me she would be in touch via email and the very next day she was. I knew i had entered something incorrectly but couldnt see how to rectify it. Steph found the problem and gave me clear instructions to follow to sort it out.”

“I asked for assistance with staff who lose contact with Coolcare after registering and creating their account with a password. I include myself in this issue. We have a new QR code which I printed off the system. I still lose connection with the system.”
