“Quick and thorough response. Took a while to get to the solution but did get a solution. While the system wasn't wrong as such, made a suugestion as to how it could be improved/developed with a bit more thought towards the actual user experience but that was dismissed out of hand. I think customer feedback should be at least be considered as you never know - you might actually learn something from them! After all, isn't that the point of reviews like this?”
