We were having trouble starting our Nohmad at a new home, thanks to Sarah we were able to get this sorted and all is now up and running. Sarah was very helpful it getting a quick and speedy resolution. Thank you Sarah

Was not very helpful as couldnt verify who I was which i understand but maybe putting come other verifications in place or a password for the accounts. Referred me back to in house admin who have referred me back to cool care and in the mean time i have no access to any of my personal shifts or portal staff information. Very Frustrating

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, as my colleague explained, we are unable to reset passwords centrally due to data protection. Passwords are managed at home level so you do need to speak to a member of your management team with the appropriate administration rights within CoolCare in order to reset your access. If your home admin needs guidance on how to reissue passwords then please ask them to give us a call. Regards from The CoolCare team
