Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“I thought the beef was beautiful so tender and full of flavour. Really enjoyed it on barbecue. Just wish the beef was larger. I end up having two steaks cos they are a bit on the small size for me. Will be getting more. Very very nice. Also quick delivery most impressed.”

“When the fillet arrived it was superbly packed and fresh. We tried a steak on the first evening and I can honestly say it's the best fillet steak we have ever tasted. Full of flavour and the marbling in the meat just adds to that. What a superb buy.”
