Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

Good value for money. Tender, tasty beef fillet, cooked gently in a griddle pan with a little olive oil. EVERY MORSAL WAS DELICIOUS.

Whilst not as tender as a normal fillet, this cut actually has taste and marbling. It is stunning and I regularly buy this fillet when it is reduced. Good value for money

YOU SHOULD STATE WHETHER THE PRODUCT WILL COME FRESH OR FROZEN, WE HAVE HAD TEN FILLETS OFF YOU OVER THE LAST YEAR AND IF THEY COME FRESH YOU CAN TRIM THEM AND FREEZE, IF THEY COME FROZEN YOU HAVE TO DEFROST THEN TRIM THE FILLET AND OF COURSE USE IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THE BEEF HAS A VERY NICE TASTE BUT THE BUTCHERING WHEN THEY REMOVE THE FILLET IS ROUGH AND CONTAINS A LOT OF GRISTLE THAT SHOULD BE TRIMMED BEFORE SALE. THAT SAYING WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE END PRODUCT (FROM AN EX. BUTCHER).
