At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. A tremendously well flavoured rib steak, beef as it ought to taste. A good sear on the bbq, served medium rare with some sea salt and chimichurri...... Galician heaven

Utterly amazing beef. I've been wanting to try this for a long time and it didn't disappoint in any way! Very meaty taste that is super tender. I will be ordering again and again! Can we buy them in bigger steaks?
