At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. La carne era de muy buena calidad, sabor y olor excelente, aunque la encontramos un poco dura y habia poca carne y mucho hueso para una pieza de ese tamaño

This is singly the best steak we've ever had! Rich buttery fat and tender meat! My husband loves the cud so that's an added bonus. Yum yum
