At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. This is best steak I have ever tasted..just got another Two for the freezer Highly recommend.. if you have never tried this steak ..Do yourself a favour and get one..Fabulous
