Excellent flour for pizza. I've used it on it's own, and mixed 50:50 with strong white flour. Good results both times.

I bought this flour as a trial to make pizza dough, instead of the '00' flour I have used in the past. This was a semi sourdough recipe and the results were great, will definitely be buying a larger pack next time!
