I particularly like the texture of the flour from this producer. It is a satisfying product to use and the flavour and appearance of the final product never fails to please.

So far I've just used this to make a sourdough loaf, and I'm delighted with the results! A silky dough with great gluten development, which made a delicious, crusty and well-risen loaf.
