This is an excellent flour, I use to make sandwich bread, which also makes wonderful toast. I mix it with wholemeal flour and granary to make half white, half wholemeal rolls. I have used on my Panasonic breadmaker and also on bread made by hand. It does a really nice and crispy pizza base. The smell of the bread is as good as it tastes.
