This is a spectacular flour which has never let me down. Brilliant for wetter or enriched doughs you can even feel the difference when you run it through your fingers. I left my order late at Christmas and had to take a 10kilo bag, I’ve never been happier to have to take more of something than I thought I needed.

I used this for pandoro and it turned out beautifully. Thinking of trying a brioche with the rest. A very good product!

I'm using this in making San Francisco Sourdough, which needs high protein flour and I wanted organic flour. Its working really well and the loaves made so far are excellent. Great flavour and great texture.

Lovely flour and by far the highest gluten content I've found (particularly in smaller quantities) which makes it perfect for at-home panettone baking.

Used this in a blend for NY style pizza dough. The high protein helped a longer ferment. Tastes great.
