I was recommended to use Italian stoneground flour and i cant recommend this brand enough. I love working with it for my sourdough breads and panettone. I love it! For Christmas i made Chocolate panettone and Pandoro using this flour.

I struggled to find a flour that would make my rolls soft and fluffy and this flour is the best I have used in years.It is easy to work with and makes a lovely dough.I will be using it from now on and recommend it highly to anyone who wants an all round strong flour.
