Makes a brilliant, tasty and crunchy loaf. Better as a yeast dough than as a sourdough.

I like trying new flours and I liked the sound of this one. The taste was fine, but I found it too dense for my taste. When I use the rest of it I will only use 25% and the rest will be white flour.
