“This is a great value product for those after a Baguette tray that will fit in a domestic oven. Bought one for my Dad who's tried making Baguettes before but without a specific tray. This one certainly helps the dough keep its shape whilst proving. The only reason I give 4/5 is because of the flexibility of the tray. I don't know if this is a trait of all Baguette trays - due to their shape - but this one flexes a fair bit so you will definitely be putting it in the oven with both hands to avoid the risk of losing your dough! Otherwise, this makes a great my-first-baguette-tray.”
