I bought 10 bags of this flour and every pack was considerably under 1000g - usually around 950-960g. While I understand that humidity levels can change the weight of flour, most suppliers compensate for this by increasing the bag weight (all fliurni order from Shipton has approx 40g extra per 1kg bag). Given the price per kg of this product, it's disappointing to end up with up to 5% less than I've paid for.

I love trying different flour's, so I bought both the CRC and Organic T65 and T150 to make Vanessa Kimbell's Friday Night Sourdough which is my go to sourdough recipe. I'm working my way through the CRC flour first, and it's making great sourdough. I will let you know how i get on with the Organic flour when i start using it in a few weeks. I also spoke to the guys at Bakery Bits about the broken download link for the Foricher recipe booklet which would be a great starting point when your a novice baker and using a new flour. Great products and great service, always my first choice when i need something.

Those baking trays are just the right size. I couldn't find any in Sydney so I am glad you had them on your site and they are well priced too.
