Bakery Bits is a fantastic site for professional or hard to source items. I was looking for a rather obscure malted flour that I was having enormous difficulties in sourcing. I was delighted when I found out that Bakery Bits had the item I wanted. The flour was quickly dispatched by courier and was well packed. Sending items by tracked courier delivery would be great for a number of items or high value orders. For low value orders however it does add to the cost considerably. For these low value orders it would be great to be able to select a cheaper delivery option. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you!

When I opened my delivery, I was disappointed to find that the bag was damaged and flour was pouring out. I quickly took some pictures and informed Bakery Bits. I was VERY impressed by their response and within 24 hrs, I had a replacement. The flour is very good too.

Have only used blended with other flours to make pastry, so can't give an opinion on use as a sole ingredient, but my pastry turned out well. It deserves 5 stars for the charity partnership alone!

This makes delicious bread, unlike any bread I have tasted before. A gorgeous nutty, delicate sweet taste, with a firm and slightly crumbley texture. Perfect with goats cheese, or a strong brie cheese. But equally tasty toasted and drizzled with honey. I would thoroughly recommend this flour, and cannot fault the service from this lovely company.

A small amount of this RBM flour works wonders in rye breads, making for a dark and flavoursome loaf.

I liked the idea of helping people on the bread line, and had run out of white bread flour. So I bought a couple of 3kg bags. So far I have only made one loaf in the breadmaker, which turned out great. The bread has a greyish appearance which I love, it reminds me of the 'Mischbrot' (mixed rye and wheat sourdough bread) of my youth in Germany.

Prompt delivery and superb flour that made brilliant Borodinski bread. I felt I was back in St. Petersburg.
