“The flour only arrived 3 days ago and I'm ready to use it for the 2nd time. The first was in conjunction with Magna Carta Blend & a small (20%) proportion strong flour from Mungoswells and, if the rate at which the loaf has been consumed is anything to go by, it has been pretty close to being my best sourdough loaf yet.
Don't be put off by the colour, which is pretty murky in my opinion, as it is, even with my limited skill, a really nice flour to use, with a pretty good protein level.
I'm pretty sure I'll be buying it again so go on & try it..”
