I bought the product on Bakery Bits because it is difficult to find it in Dublin, I'm going to use it to make the Dairy-Free Potato Puree; the packaging and delivery was prompt and perfect. I have to say that while looking for the product on bakery bits I've also found some flours that it is also very difficult to find it here so I'm certainly going to buy it. No problems with the product, it came packaged with great attention and not a single molecule of flour was lost :)

This is an excellent product. I use it regularly. 1 ts per 500g rye/wheat dough + 200g sour dough ("Weizenmischbrot") is enough. Both, crust and crumb are perfect. Thanks for providing smaller amounts.
