“Using this product has improved the texture of the bread .It. seems to last slightly longer as well. I have been using it with the organic yeast and mix of t55 french bread flour and burrato flour. I will continue to experiment with various flour combinations as well as sourdough and yeast combinations. I would recommend the product,it has improved my bread products and is something i will continue to use”

“Diax has given my bread a richer crust colour, a smoother crumb and more lift in the oven. I have used it for tin bread, bloomers and malt loaf and I have had excellent results. It is very easy to use, just put it in with your flour and very little is needed and so a kilo bag will last a long time.
