“Tried it as instructed found it was not to my taste. However it does give an oven spring and a lovely chocolate crust. Gave it away to a fellow home baker and she is loving it. I'll carry on the traditional way.”

“Brilliant Product did exactly what I wanted it to do the crust was a lot crisper my doughs a lot smoother and a much better taste tried it in bread and baps lots of people say much better flavour they said tastes like bread used to only put 1 tea spoon in each mix very pleased
