“I have using this product and it does seem to help to give a good crust on my breads. Without doing comparative tests it's hard to be definitiveas a home bread baker. I am using small quantities and it does discolour with time so, I try hard to exclude the air from it and have broken my last order into small packages to freeze off and use on at a time”
