“Great addition to my bread. Only used it one one bake so far and was impressed with the crust texture it gave. As some of the previous reviewers have said, I only used a small amount, 2.5g to 500g flour and I was very impressed.
Definitely great value when getting the small packet, which can be delivered through the Royal Mail cheaply, it’ll last me ages and has a good shelf life.”

“Packet wasn't air tight, so even before opening it puffed powder about when you handled it. I've popped it in a ziplock back now though and it's fine. Is doing good things to my pizza, definitely helping the crust crisp.”
