Was curious to see effect it has on heavy Danish Rye it works wonders on texture and extended storage time. Great stuff.

It does improve the overall quality of my bread. But I need to find another container to keep the rest of the flour as it leaks from the bottom of the paper bag.

Great addition to my bread. Only used it one one bake so far and was impressed with the crust texture it gave. As some of the previous reviewers have said, I only used a small amount, 2.5g to 500g flour and I was very impressed. Definitely great value when getting the small packet, which can be delivered through the Royal Mail cheaply, it’ll last me ages and has a good shelf life.

Used this in a Panettone recipe along with Saf Gold yeast. The resulting Pannetone was great improvement over previous efforts. Would definitely recommend it.

Packet wasn't air tight, so even before opening it puffed powder about when you handled it. I've popped it in a ziplock back now though and it's fine. Is doing good things to my pizza, definitely helping the crust crisp.
