I add just 2-3 tablespoons of this flour to give my bread that delicious, nutty, malted flavour and a warm brown colour. It's amazing!

So happy to have found Bakery Bits while searching on internet yet again for a recipe for Veda loaves. Wonderful to find a supplier with such a range of flours and willing to supply in quantities suitable for the home baker.....now waiting for delivery of my second order!

I've been using this flour for years now and use two tablespoons for a couple of seeded wholemeal 1lb loaves to add some colour and a little extra flavour, works really well.

I bought this flour to make a loaf called Veda which is unique to Northern Ireland where I come from I now live in Wales ,, I have looked for years to find flour and just by chance came on a reciept on the internet using your flour, I am in seventh heaven, it's great and will buy it again , although it might take me a while to get through this lot, great stuff.
