Adds taste a colour to bread. Don't use it often but always have some in the cupboard.

I made my first loaf using the Malt Brown Malt Flour at the weekend. Said on the pack to use 20-60g per kg of flour (eight grain multigrain flour, I used 450g and 50g of Nut Brown malt) and have got a lovely malty nutty flavoured loaf, quite delicious with a really nice soft texture . I am really pleased with it and can’t wait to try different flours to see how it works with them. I think I will be buying this again.

Adds amazing flavour and texture to my malted brown loaf, also to soft crust sour dough loaf, it’s easier to handle and store than malt extract. I mix it with roasted malt Flor that adds toasted flavour and colour, delicious!
