“I made my first loaf using the Malt Brown Malt Flour at the weekend. Said on the pack to use 20-60g per kg of flour (eight grain multigrain flour, I used 450g and 50g of Nut Brown malt) and have got a lovely malty nutty flavoured loaf, quite delicious with a really nice soft texture . I am really pleased with it and can’t wait to try different flours to see how it works with them. I think I will be buying this again.”
