“I found it a little fiddly to use, and, because the blade doesn't stick out very far, you can drag across the bread quite easily.
That being said, it is a lot safer than the razor blade and duct tape I was using before!”

“I like the idea of this grignette, but as I constantly swap between using a curved blade and a straight one I have managed to snap the metal spine of the blade-holder after about 12 weeks use.
I'm sure it should last longer than that...and it is specifically sold as being flexible and able to be bent into a curve for baguettes etc. Not best pleased with this.”
