Purchased this lame this lame from bakery bits. Fast delivery. I have now used this on sourdough loaves and have found it to be very sharp and slashed very well. I would recommend this product as it at a reasonable price.

This has made a huge difference to slashing my loaves after years of tearing dough with various kitchen knives! As mentioned in previous posts it does take a bit of practice to get used to. My advice would be to take your time and enjoy the process, rather than slashing away like the pros!

my purchase was easy, the website easy to navigate, the item arrived well packaged and quickly, the item was exactly as described. I bought it as a gift so was very pleased overall with the service. Thank you

I found it a little fiddly to use, and, because the blade doesn't stick out very far, you can drag across the bread quite easily. That being said, it is a lot safer than the razor blade and duct tape I was using before!
