“When we arrived at 930pm we were given a room that had been used. When we went back to reception we were told that nobody could clean it till 11.30pm. We had to leave at 730am and ended up being given bedding and towels and having to do it ourself. I will be contacting APH on my return for a refund. There were at least 5 other sets of people at reception, at this time of night, that had booked and paid, and they didn't even have rooms for them, including a family with 2 young children. An absolutely awful hotel, which I would NEVER use again.”
“Turned up at 10am, chaos in lobby with people checking in and apparently no AC on a very hot evening
Finally got to the counter to be told my reservation was cancelled and the colleague walked away, the new starter at least tried to apologise but I ended up paying for a new hotel
Thankfully APH refunded what I paid them for the hotel but still left me £90 short

“We were woken at 3am by someone opening the room door with a key card. The receptionist said sorry - but that was the extent of it.
When pushed for the reason as to how someone could gain access, he had no answers.”
