“Very disappointed with the Meet & Greet service at Heathrow (Booking Ref: LMF7N, 11–17 Feb 2026). I followed all the required steps after landing—texting and calling as instructed—but when I arrived at the collection point my car was not there. I was repeatedly told it was “just around the corner,” which was clearly untrue. In total, I waited nearly 30 minutes for my vehicle to arrive.
This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a Meet & Greet service, which is meant to be quick and convenient. I would have retrieved my car faster from a standard long-stay car park.
Customer service was also very poor. The staff member I spoke with (Imran) was abrupt, unhelpful, and dismissive, and repeatedly gave misleading information.
Overall, a frustrating experience and not the premium service advertised.”
“I was very impresesed with the service. They arrived at both our drop off and pick up point prompty and within the alloated time period, sorting out the parking fees and so there were no further expense to us. Really friendly and trustworthy drivers. Thank you!”
“Very good to deal with. They answered the phone almost immediately and actually arrived to return our car to the short term car park promptly and on time. Very impressed and will definitely use again.”
“Had to wait for 40mins after second call to confirm I had my luggage and 1hour 30mins after I called to confirm I had landed. The car was covered in mud inside and out not sure where the car was kept but will not us again.”
“As we were late arriving to park and had forgot to call, we had to pay another £8 for the driver to exit the car park. There we're also no parking spaces but i dont think this was APH's fault ot was just very busy. Our car was returned on time in the same condition I left it, the driver asked for a slip bit I didnt have one so he seemed reluctant to give me my car back at first, quick passport check and all was good. Now we know you have to call then several times I would use them again.
Driver returning car was very polite too.”
