“Very disappointed on our return to terminal 2 on Easter Saturday. As advised I rang immediately as we landed ( still on the plane ) then again after we got our luggage - felt the wait was unacceptable as getting the car back from the 2nd call took 40mins - and the roads were unusually quiet so no excuse for the traffic.
Will look elsewhere next time”
