The booking / collection and delivery of the car was very easy, the price was reasonable compared with compeditors, the drop off point was very congested, but your agents did their best to help !

Any communication on phone prior and post holiday was rude and abrupt Was charged the £7.50 pre flight even though this should be covered in the fee Was given wrong height information prior arrival about a top box This service offrered isn't a meet and greet it's a valet park at best I will park it myself next time in long stay as it's less hassle We list the flight number but no-one can be bothered to check arrival times

Hi Mr Mills, We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the Park Giant Meet & Greet service. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you’re trying to begin or return from a journey. Park Giant do normally cover the entry and exit fees for the car park; however, where they are not contacted at least 30 minutes prior to arrival, as outlined in the booking instructions, additional short-stay charges may be incurred. We also apologise for any inconvenience caused regarding the height restriction. We advertise this as 2.2 metres, and we’re sorry if this led to any issues on arrival. If you did contact Park Giant at least 30 minutes before arrival, or if the height restriction differed from what was advertised, please do email reviews@aph.com with full details and your booking reference. As stated in the pick up documents and also advised when dropping the car off, we called th once we had collected the luggage. This time we were told we should have called as soon as the flight landed. As we didn’t we would need to wait around 40 minutes longer as they needed to prepare the car. Absolutely no point in using Meet and greet. Could have hopped on a transfer bus quicker. I use Meet and Greet quite often hand have never been advised to call once the flight lands only once the luggage has been collected. Won’t be using again, even though I have used them quite a few times before. Added an extra 40 minutes to our arrival home which you don’t want with a 2 and a half hour journey with no sleep at night.

In your booking confirmation, under the Return Procedure section, we do advise customers to call the number provided twice — once as soon as you land and again once you have collected your luggage. This process helps Park Giant manage their operations as smoothly as possible, particularly during busy periods. We’re not aware of any information that may have been given to you directly by Park Giant that omitted this step; however, we will certainly feed this back to them to ensure the procedure is clearly communicated by their drivers and included in any customer documentation they provide.
