“The drop off process worked very well and a driver was waiting to take our car. However, on our return, despite phoning twice when we landed and when we had reclaimed our luggage, as requested, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our car to be returned. When it did arrive, there was a nail in the tyre which was deflating. This could clearly happen to anyone but the team were not at all helpful - they were hard to understand and basically said to send an email to the email address on the collection slip and someone would help us - which didn't happen as it was 24 hours before we got a response.”
“So pleased we booked this service. It was so easy to use, the people were lovely. It was so nice not to get into a freezing car with iced up windows. Close to the terminal. My only negative is for the airport, a lack of signs for short stay carparking.”
