“A very poor experience!
The service this company provides seems dependent on a 15 minute free grace period offered by Heathrow. Prior to arrival, you need to lease with the company to ensure a driver is available to rendezvous with you to collect your car from you within the 15 minute free grace period, which starts as soon as you enter the drop off point. If you don’t have enough time to do this you end up paying another £12.00 for parking!..On arrival and collection, you have to make 2 calls, one as soon as you arrive, the second on collection of your luggage. On making the second call, we were told the company was very busy so don’t leave the terminal or go to the collection point. Following 3 calls and one hour and fifteen minutes, our car was finally dropped off. Not quite the service APH market or what anyone wants after a long flight, will never use this company again!”

“I love the fact that I can drop my car off onsite and be within the terminal building soon afterwards. This is why I choose Meet and Greet. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
However, I have found that it is taking longer and longer for my car to be returned to the car park depsite ringing as soon as my flight lands and again after collecting my luggage. The standard response when I ring from the Baggage Hall is, "20 minutes". This seems like a fair time as there is still a walk to get through Customs, exit the airport and to onwards to the car park.
Once back in the car park this now appears to be the start of the 20 minute wait. It is often cold and dark by the time I get there and all I want to do is get into my car and drive home. In previous years, this is what has happened but now I feel I could be inside my car more quickly if catching the bus to an offsite car park. I'm beginning to feel it's not worth the extra cost for Meet and Greet.”
