“Was a good price for LHR terminal 3 meet and greet , on drop off no issues at all
However upon arrival back from our trip we were faced with a 30 minute wait after telling them we had our luggage and ready , there was a massive queue of people waiting too and no one in the desk whilst we were waiting to greet us . Person on the phone was blunt and took a while
Would reccomend for price but deffo make sure u are not I. A rush on the way home as had to wait more than.”
“Amazing service as always. Dropped car off at T5 and collected from T2 and no issues at all with this change in terminal. Have used PG many times over last few years and always super efficient, friendly & easy service.”
“The process is quicker and easier than the park and ride in getting to the airport, however it is probably similar timing to park and ride when you come back. Despite calling as I landed and when I got past passport control, I still waited over 20minutes at the car park for my car to arrive. Other than that, the process is really easy, and they're easy to find, I went from and landed at terminal 3.”
